There is no full upgrade bonus for weapons in this game.
And this Full Upgrade Bonus for unit in this game :

1. Maximum HP +10%
2. Maximum EN +10%
3. Mobility +10%
4. Armor +10%
5. Movement +1

There’s Custom Bonus for each series :
1. Banpresto Originals
Soulgain – Reduce damage received by 30%
Angelg – All weapon’s range +1 aside from range 1 weapons
Vaisaga – Bunshin activation rate +10%
Ash Saviour – Enables flying. Air Terrain Weapon adaption becomes A
Laz Angriff – All weapon’s ammo count increased by 50%

2. Mobile Suit Gundam
Gundam – All weapons pierce barriers
Full Armor Gundam – All weapons pierce barriers
G Fighter – Unit and Weapon Terrain adaption (ratings) are all A. Air / Land Movement type will be gained.
Char’s Gelgoog – All weapons pierce barriers
Elmeth – All weapons will gain P Attribute
Zakrello – Will gain Air Movement type. Unit will have A rating on Air Terrain.

3. Mobile Suit Gundam: 08th MS Shoutai
Gundam Ez-8 – All weapon’s ammo are increased by 50%
Apsalus II – Map weapon’s range + 1
Gouf Custom – Equipped with Special Ability “Bunshin”
High Mobility Zaku – “Successive Target Adjustments” effect will be halved

4. Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Stardust Memory
GP01 Zephyranthes – Damage will be reduced by 80% when using Shield Defend
GP01 Full Vernian – Damage will be reduced by 80% when using Shield Defend
GP03 Dendrobium – Enhancement Parts Slot + 1 (originally there’s only 1 slot)
GM Custom – Reduce 10 Morale to anyone it attacks

5. Z Gundam
Gundam Mk II – All weapons will ignore Kiribarai (Sword Cut/Cut Away)
Super Gundam – All weapons will ignore Kiribarai (Sword Cut/Cut Away)
Hyakku Shiki – Equipped with Beam Coat
Methuss – Become able to use the Enhancement Parts the same way as Battleships
Z Gundam – Wave Rider Assault (or Crash) will be added to weapons
Argama – Doubles the Battleship’s special parts utilization’s range

6. ZZ Gundam
ZZ Gundam – All weapon’s attack power + 300
Full Armor ZZ Gundam – All weapon’s attack power + 300
Qubley Mk-II (2-gou-ki) – All weapon’s range +1 aside from Range 1 weapons
Qubley Mk-II (3-gou-ki) – All weapon’s range +1 aside from Range 1 weapons
Near Argama – Doubles the Battleship’s special parts utilization’s range

ReGZ – Be able to endure a fatal hit once
